A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider that supplies the results. Richardson Residents Directory does not retain a separate copy of those searches. If a visitor sends a message, the information in that message is used to respond.

Links may lead to Dallas or Collin County portals, Texas resources, library collections, archives, and sponsored search tools. Once a visitor uses an outside service, that service's policy controls the submitted information. Sponsored results are also supplied by a third party.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support providers process the operational logs described above. Analytics or advertising providers may receive automatic information needed for their services. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires it and otherwise only as described here.

The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. There are no user accounts, passwords, or on-site personal profiles to maintain.

This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18. Contact the site if a minor may have sent information so it can be removed.

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Business and Commerce Code Chapter 541, gives qualifying consumers defined rights involving covered businesses. Because this service keeps very little, a request generally concerns a contact message or operational log. Use the Contact page to make that request. Richardson, Dallas County, Collin County, and Texas public records are controlled by their original custodians, not this service; correction or redaction requests belong with the relevant office.
